Buying a product with a warranty can bring you peace of mind, knowing that if anything goes wrong, you have the option to return, replace, or repair it. Essentially, a warranty is a guarantee that a product will perform as promised. Aevial Home Collection provides a standard 1-year warranty, with the possibility of extension based on the product.

Our warranty covers damages resulting from manufacturer defects, transit damage, or inoperability caused by the vendor. However, we do not cover misuse, tampering with internals, or water damage on indoor products.

If you need to claim your warranty, simply email info@aevial.com with a video of the damaged product. We will get back to you within 1-2 business days with a solution.
